One steak can have a double enjoyment, it must only be porterhouse steak or T-bone steak.

People often don’t know the difference between these two types of steaks. In fact, they both are from Sirloin. The bone in the middle separates two muscles. One is Filet Mignon and the other is New York Steak. These names are different because of the difference in size ratio. In the United States Department of Agriculture, the Filet Mignon must be over 1.25 inches to be called the Porterhouse steak; on the contrary, the T-bone steak contains less Filet Mignon.

Filet Mignon Steak is very soft and tender with low fat content and soft taste.

New York Steak is moderate and the oil is evenly distributed, the meat is chewy and the beef is full of flavor.

Porterhouse Steak allows you to taste the perfect combination of Filet Mignon and New York Steak, tender and chewy. The taste has a perfect balance between toughness and smoothness, oiliness and refreshing.
