All orders made will be delivered on the following Wednesday to Friday between 11:00am to 06:00pm. On the delivery date, we will notify you of the delivery with text message and announce any delates or future updates on Facebook page.

購流程說明

a. 在指定的開團時間到Serenity網站

b. 選購您想要的品項跟數量

c. 點選右上角小購物車進行結帳

d. 成為會員: 創建一個帳號下次就不用再重複輸入地址囉！

e. 填好資料後提交，目前我們支援大部分的信用卡跟PayPal

f. 您將會收到一封確認郵件

g. 訂單會透過網站來進行線上下單及付費，一律不接受退款

How to place an order:

a. Go to the website to place orders during the open hours

b. Add items to the shopping cart

c. Checkout on Shopping Cart page (Click on the Shopping Cart icon on the top right corner of the page to checkout)

d. You also can create an account to become a member for faster checkout next time

e. We accept most credit cards and PayPal.

f. You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing.

g. All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!
