Salt and Pepper Salmon Tail

  • Salmon tail
  • Garlic flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cut the fish flesh to make it easier to taste, and evenly coat the appropriate amount of salt and black pepper on the fish.
  3. Spread a thin layer of oil on the baking tray, put the salmon tail on the baking tray, sprinkle the garlic slices on the fish tail, and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  4. After getting out of the oven, add a few drops of lemon juice and you are ready to serve.
